Installation Instructions
Installation Instructions
Before You Start
· Choose a flat, solid wall surface in good condition. Avoid areas that are cracked, crumbling, or uneven.
· Have a hammer, pencil, measuring tape, and level ready.
· Check the hanging hardware on the back of your frame to determine the hook positions.
How to Install
· Measure and mark the hook positions according to the hanging hardware on the back of your frame. When using two hooks, use a level to ensure the marks are aligned.
· Place the back of each hook flat against the wall, with the metal pin tips facing the wall and the hanging point positioned to support the frame.
· Gently tap the metal pin heads with a hammer until they are flush with the hook’s base. Avoid striking the plastic body or continuing to hammer once the pins are fully seated.
· Check that each hook sits firmly against the wall before carefully hanging your frame. Ensure the frame’s hanging hardware is securely seated on the hooks.
· Check the frame with a level and adjust its position as needed. Avoid pulling the frame away from the wall while it is hanging.
Important
· Two hooks do not automatically provide a combined capacity of 16 kg.
· Do not use hooks with bent pins, cracked plastic, or a loose fit against the wall.
