Opposite Wall Featured Artists Survey — Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

This contest is organized by Opposite Wall, a Montreal-based art and design studio specializing in curated, artist-driven prints and home decor.

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Opposite Wall and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the Featured Artists Survey via the official Opposite Wall survey link during the contest period. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. Contest Period

The contest begins on October 9 2025 and ends on October 17, 2025  at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $300 Opposite Wall digital gift card, redeemable exclusively at https://oppositewall.com. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within seven (7) business days of the contest closing. The selected entrant will be contacted by email and must respond within five (5) business days to claim the prize. If no response is received within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the contest in accordance with Opposite Wall’s Privacy Policy.

Opposite Wall reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this contest in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Opposite Wall and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical, hardware, or software failures; lost or unavailable network connections; or failed, incomplete, or delayed entries.

9. Acceptance

Participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and to Opposite Wall’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this contest.
