Information Regarding COVID-19

Dear customers,

As you may already know, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you should expect extra delay on the shipment. This delay depends on the number of orders we receive on a daily basis, but keep in mind that it can take from 5 to 10 business days before you receive your order.

Unfortunately, it is really hard for us at this time to give you a precise idea on the delivery times, since we work with two other partners to fulfill your orders. Please be sure that, under these extraordinary circumstances, we are doing our best to offer you the greatest service and keep you updated as regularly as possible.

Thank you again for your understanding and your support during these strange times... We feel blessed that you we can still create with you a safe place.

Dear customers,

As you may already know, all our posters are printed on demand in order to ensure great quality, minimize waste, and be environmentally conscious. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the poster orders will only be processed once per week. It will then take 2 to 5 business days before shipping them out.

Regarding the orders for all frames, they are for now still processed within 1-2 days before being shipped out, but this delay can be extended in the following days depending on how the situation will evolve.

When we’ve packaged your order and it leaves our warehouse, we notify you by email and give you the tracking number. Under these extraordinary circumstances, it will take 3 to 5 business days to get to you.

We feel blessed that, despite the situation, we are still able to fulfill your orders and help you build yourself a cozy place. Once again, we want to thank you for your support, and we wish you and your family good health.

To our valued customers,

We are all concerned by the global pandemic, and we want to reassure you that we are actively monitoring this unprecedented situation. We are proudly a Canadian company, and in accordance with social distancing policies now in effect nationally, all our team is, for the time being, working from home.

As far as our production is concerned, we remain entirely at your disposal. For now, our printing shop and our logistics partner - both based in Montreal - are still able to print and send out all of your orders. That being said, our shipping times will be a bit longer to account for the reduction in staff working at once.
