Information Regarding COVID-19

Dear customers,

As you may have noticed, COVID-19 guidelines are still in effect in the Greater Montreal area. These social distancing measures are instrumental in fighting the ongoing pandemic and we wholeheartedly intend to put health first.

However, reduced staff and increased social distancing in our warehouse means we can’t operate as swiftly as usual. We’re working hard to ship your orders as quickly as possible, but please note that they will arrive with a few extra days delay at your doorstep.

We commit ourselves to give you with any additional information if we have any. In the meantime, our customer service team is always available for you via email at support@oppositewall.com or through our social media @oppositewall.

Dear customers,

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you should expect extra delays on your shipment. As you know, this delay depends on the number of orders we receive on a daily basis, but at the moment, it will take 5 to 10 business days before you receive your order.

Please note that for frame orders (including only frames or poster hangers but no posters) placed in the Greater Montreal area, we are able to maintain delivery times of less than 72 hours!

Unfortunately, for the orders including posters (posters only or with frames), it is difficult for us at this time to give you a precise idea on delivery times, since we work with two other partners to fulfill your orders. Please rest assured that, under these extraordinary circumstances, we are doing our best to offer you the greatest service and will keep you updated as regularly as possible.

Dear customers,

As you may already know, all our posters are printed on demand in order to ensure great quality, minimize waste, and be environmentally conscious. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the poster orders will only be processed once per week. It will then take 2 to 5 business days before shipping them out.

Regarding the orders for all frames, they are for now still processed within 1-2 days before being shipped out, but this delay can be extended in the following days depending on how the situation will evolve.

When we’ve packaged your order and it leaves our warehouse, we notify you by email and give you the tracking number. Under these extraordinary circumstances, it will take 3 to 5 business days to get to you.

We feel blessed that, despite the situation, we are still able to fulfill your orders and help you build yourself a cozy place. Once again, we want to thank you for your support, and we wish you and your family good health.

To our valued customers,

We are all concerned by the global pandemic, and we want to reassure you that we are actively monitoring this unprecedented situation. We are proudly a Canadian company, and in accordance with social distancing policies now in effect nationally, all our team is, for the time being, working from home.

As far as our production is concerned, we remain entirely at your disposal. For now, our printing shop and our logistics partner - both based in Montreal - are still able to print and send out all of your orders. That being said, our shipping times will be a bit longer to account for the reduction in staff working at once.
