Customer Service Agent

Opposite Wall is a Montreal-based company that offers a broad assortment of trendy posters and frames, with a focus on minimalist, on-trend designs. We are growing rapidly with our online multichannel direct to consumer business model. Our office is located in Montreal’s Mile Ex district.

We are now looking for a part-time Customer Service Agent (15 to 20 hours per week) who wants to kick start their career and learn through practical experience about customers relations. This job would suit those who are business students, also interested in the design industry.

YOUR MAIN JOB ASSIGNMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

  • Answer customer requests/tickets on all channels daily, including Social Media in Zendesk
  • Answer and actively monitor our customer review platform, Trustpilot, and maintain a minimum of 4.5-star rating
  • Create purchase orders for posters on a daily basis and coordinate with our printshop
  • Communicate and with our warehouse and logistic service
  • Be hands on and ready and willing to help others on the team
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing

TO LIKE THIS JOB, WE THINK YOU HAVE:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English & French
  • Interest in social media, e-commerce and interior design
  • A good sense of detail
  • Knowledge on the ins and outs of Customer Service in North America
  • Ability to make quick decisions
  • A proactive and open-minded personality
  • Preferably experience in Customer Service
  • Exceptional communication skills for interpersonal integration
  • Good knowledge of Google Suite (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Sheets)
